About Us

At Otherside Support Coordination

We’re here to make the NDIS clearer, easier, and genuinely more supportive.
We believe every person deserves coordination that is responsive, relatable, and centred on their real, everyday needs — not just their paperwork.
We’re part of the Otherside Care Group, a collective of services dedicated to improving the way people experience care, support, and wellbeing.

We don’t take a “set and forget” approach.

We follow up.

We communicate clearly.

We advocate fiercely.

We guide you toward supports that truly fit your life.

Our Story
Otherside Support Coordination was created after seeing too many participants feel lost in the NDIS — overwhelmed by complex processes, unsupported by their coordinators, or stuck with services that didn’t align with their goals.
We knew there was a better way.
Our team has worked across every corner of the NDIS landscape: support work, therapy, plan management, and operational roles. That experience helped us understand what makes great coordination — and what fails participants the most.
So we built a model that prioritises:
We support you not just through the NDIS, but through life — helping you move from confusion to clarity, from barriers to progress, and from feeling overwhelmed to feeling in control.

Our Approach

Our service is deliberately boutique, meaning you’re never “just another participant.”
We limit caseloads to ensure you receive:
We believe in partnership, not hierarchy. You lead the way — we guide, support, and advocate with you.

What Makes Us Different

We’re relational — not transactional.

We take time to understand your history, your goals, and your values.

We’re proactive.

We don’t wait for problems. We help you avoid them.

We advocate strongly.

We speak up for your needs and make sure your supports work for you.

We’re honest and transparent.

Clear communication. No jargon. No surprises.

We understand the entire NDIS system.

Our team has experience across frontline, clinical, and coordination roles.

We’re Australia-wide.

With coordinators in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Hunter Valley, Sydney, and Melbourne — plus remote support anywhere in Australia.

We’re consistent.

You won’t be handed around to different coordinators. You get a dedicated point of contact who is genuinely invested in your progress.

Our Purpose

Our purpose is simple:
To guide people toward supports that empower them to live a life that feels meaningful, safe, and truly their own.

We help you:
Because when coordination is done well, life becomes clearer, choices become easier, and possibilities become real.

Our Promise to You

We promise to:
You deserve a coordinator who cares — and that’s exactly what we deliver.

Where We Work

We provide both in-person and remote support across Australia, with team members located in:
No matter where you live — city, regional, or remote — you get the same level of responsive, person-centred coordination.
